Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any orders placed, payments made or use of any service from Ink & Abode implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full and it is not necessary for you, the Client, to have signed any document in order for these terms and conditions to apply.
Photographs
The client is required to supply high resolution images for any commission work to commence. Any delay in supplying photographs may impact the final completion date. The quality of the photographs may impact the level of detail and accuracy of the commission. If the quality of the photography's supplied is not suitable, more images will be requested.
Artwork Process
After 24 hours, orders can not be cancelled or the subject of the painting changed. Refunds cannot be issued once work has started on the commission.
Ink and Abode reserves the right to feature any progress pictures on social media unless expressly wishes for all work to be kept confidential.
Ink and Abode reserves the right to display any and all artwork on their websites and all social media platforms. If the Client does not wish for any artwork to be displayed, this must be indicated at the time of placing the order.
All artwork is supplied for personal use only and Ink and Abode retains all copyright for the completed commissioned artwork. Commercial use of any commissioned artwork is strictly prohibited without prior consent or further agreements in place with Ink and Abode. Separate terms and conditions must be signed for any commercial use of commissioned artwork.
The Client must not make any physical or digital reproductions of the commissioned artwork without prior consent from Ink and Abode.
Ink and Abode reserves all rights to create reproductions of any commissioned artworks for both personal and commercial work
